Each art piece is unique in itself. Most pieces we work on are suspended indoors. We can work at any height using a boom lift or rope descent system. If suspended, we inspect the suspension cables for stress and integrity. We can replace the suspension cables if needed. We use “specialized cleaners” specific for each type of glass
indicated. Any dirt, organic matter is gently removed, and glass is polished and returned to its original condition.

Bronze
Bronze is one of the original metals/mediums used to create art since time began. Working on bronze is a privilege that we do not take lightly. Not only do we want to restore each bronze piece to its original beauty, but we want to honor the artist who created each bronze art piece, whether living, retired or deceased. After an initial on-site assessment, we determine the best process going forward. From a simple cleaning and waxing, to welding/repairing, to removing patina down to bare bronze for a complete restoration, we will work on each piece until it is restored.
Our stone art restoration focuses on preserving the unique natural beauty and integrityof the stone used. From a simple cleaning, to removing built up concretions, to repairing cracks, chips we use specialized materials to ensure the natural beauty of the stone is preserved. Some of the methods used to remove damage are: specialized cleaners specific to stone being cleaned, power washing, sandblasting using sodium bicarbonate so as not to damage stone, hand sanding/polishing.
Some of the stone art we have worked on: granite, limestone, marble, terracotta, precast stone used on facades of buildings. We can work at any height using a boom lift or descent rope system.

With each metal sculpture, we determine the integrity of the piece. We usually have to address rust, corrosion, fading of paint, etc.. Some of the pieces we have worked on are made from: I-beam, iron, rebar and stainless steel. We employ restoration techniques such as: welding, sand blasting (to remove rust), sanding, buffing when restoring stainless steel. If the piece was originally painted, we determine the exact color of paint used originally so as not to alter the finished product.
Some pieces we have worked on have a metal skeleton with a resin/fiberglass casing to create curves and body. In this case we restore the integrity of the metal frame and work on the exterior with high quality resin/fiberglass fillers. We can work at any height by using boom lifts or rope descent systems.
